One of the most common complaints about facial features that people have is that their jawline isn’t as defined as they would like it to be. There are a variety of different things you can do to help strengthen your jaw, including some exercise-related tricks. Try these exercises for how to get a strong jawline and start making that part of your face appear stronger and more attractive!
Getting a Strong Jawline?

Exercise your neck muscles
To start, try simple neck exercises. Place your hand on the side of your jaw. Slowly tilt your head back until you feel the muscle stretching at the top of your neck. Hold for 10 seconds before repeating with the other side of your neck. Try this exercise two or three times a day; after about one week, you should be able to see an increase in definition in that area as well as toned muscles elsewhere on your face.

Exercise your tongue muscles
Start by curling your tongue as though you are licking something off the floor. Hold that position for 10 seconds then release, moving back into the starting position and repeat 10 times. You can do this exercise up to four times per day, and if you would like an added challenge, put your hands on your head while doing it.
Strengthen your chin with chewing gum
Strengthen your chin by chewing gum! This can strengthen the muscles in your jaw, which will give you a more chiseled look. Wrap one end of the gum with dental floss and put the other end in your mouth (avoid biting into it). After five minutes, take out the stick of gum. You’ll notice how strong your jaw is now!
Make sure you floss every day
Keeping your mouth healthy is the most important way you can help prevent gum disease. With all the stress in our lives it can be hard to remember all the ways we’re neglecting our mouths. So here’s a list of things you can do every day that will keep your mouth healthy and your jawline strong.
1) Brush at least twice a day with toothpaste. 2) Floss at least once every day, but preferably once in the morning and once at night.
Don’t forget about your diet
It’s important that you also pay attention to what you eat! Certain foods can make your jawline look more defined, while others will make it look softer. Salmon, egg whites, almonds, chicken breast, and walnuts are some of the foods that may help give you that chiseled jaw. On the other hand, cake frosting may contain shortening and sugar which will lead to less defined contours in your face.

Try massaging your chin muscles yourself
Squeeze your chin muscles (located at the base of your jaw) together for about five seconds, then release for five seconds. Repeat 10 times for 5 sets of exercises.
Supplement with a good multivitamin
One of the best ways to firm up your jawline is through supplementation. This requires taking a good multivitamin, preferably one that also has fat-soluble vitamins (or you could take these as capsules separately). Fat soluble vitamins are water-insoluble so they are required in higher doses because they cannot be stored in the body like other types of vitamin like vitamins A, B or C can.
